Agreement to Full Terms and Conditions
By placing a booking or purchasing any product from FreeMobility, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Business.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation after confirmation and payment (but before dispatch) will incur a non-refundable administration fee of AED 120. Delivery, collection, and accessory fees will be refunded where applicable.
• Cancellation after dispatch will incur the minimum rental charge plus delivery fees.
• Cancellation after delivery will incur the minimum rental charge, delivery, and collection fees.
• Changes to booking date, time, or location are free; however, any additional rental or delivery costs will be charged.
• No refunds are provided for urgent or same-day bookings.
Loss, Damage, or Non-Return
All equipment must be ready for collection at the agreed return time. Additional charges will apply if items are not available.
All wheelchairs and mobility scooters are inspected, serviced, and cleaned before delivery. Fair wear and tear is acceptable. Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling will be charged at full repair or replacement cost.
Replacement charges (per item):
• Cushions – AED 120
• Scooter Keys – AED 60
• Scooter Chargers – AED 280
• Footrests – AED 170
• Armrests – AED 170
• Elevating Leg Rests – AED 230
• Wheelchair Wheels – AED 230
• Other items – Price on application
Non-returned items will be charged at full retail replacement value.
Cleaning Charges
All equipment is delivered in clean condition and must not be used off-road or on sand, grass, or uneven terrain.
If equipment is returned excessively dirty, muddy, sandy, or soiled, requiring deep cleaning, a cleaning fee of AED 120 will be charged to the hirer’s payment card without prior notice. A receipt will be provided.
Refund Policy
• All confirmed bookings are subject to an administration fee upon cancellation.
• No refund will be issued once equipment has been delivered.
• Early returns may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a minimum one-week rental charge, plus delivery and collection fees.
• No refunds for urgent or same-day bookings.
Extension of Hire
Any request to extend the hire period must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled return time.
Additional charges will apply for extended rental periods or modified collection arrangements.
Change of Locatione
Delivery or return location changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
If the new location incurs a higher fee, the difference will be charged. If lower, the difference will be refunded.
No Deposit Required
No cash deposit is required. However, the customer’s credit/debit card will be held as a guarantee for the full
replacement value of the equipment and any associated costs.
Charges may be applied without further notice for non-returned, damaged, or excessively delayed equipment.
ELimitations
• Manual and electric wheelchairs may be taken overseas and loaded onto aircraft at the customer’s discretion.
• Mobility scooters are not permitted for overseas travel or air transport.
Insurance
FreeMobility does not provide insurance. Customers are advised to check their personal travel or home insurance coverage.
Repair and Replacement
If any equipment develops a fault, stop using it immediately and contact FreeMobility. We will arrange repair or replacement where possible.
Important Notice – Cruise Ship Travel
Customers taking FreeMobility equipment—especially mobility scooters or electric wheelchairs—on cruise ships do so entirely at their own risk.
Onboard assistance will be extremely limited, and FreeMobility cannot provide engineers or replacement equipment during cruise travel. Remote support may be offered where possible.
No refunds will be issued for equipment used on cruise ships, even in the event of a fault.
